Taktile is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our growth journey. You will work at the center of the company’s expansion, moving quickly on high-leverage projects and learning how to build an organization from the inside.

You will partner across Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A to implement scalable operating cadences and drive meaningful business impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Help move fast across teams: messaging, hiring, AI-enabled processes, pricing strategy, battle cards, partnerships.
• Know the org inside out and partner with Strategy & Ops, GTM, Product, and G&A to measure success and improve ops.
• Shape and evolve our long-term operating model, owning key cadences and cross-functional alignment.
