Job summary

In Tandem is seeking an Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives to bring structure to ambiguity and align cross-functional teams across Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will move initiatives from idea to execution, using AI as a practical tool to accelerate speed, quality, and operating leverage.

The role builds dashboards, playbooks, and operating metrics to improve clarity and accountability as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, operations, or growth roles with high ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with SaaS, consumer tech, or tech-enabled businesses.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Run an executive operating cadence with leadership meetings and board prep.
• Turn company goals into OKRs and KPIs, surface risks early.
• Evaluate partnerships and business development via market mapping and due diligence.
• Lead cross-functional special projects from strategy to execution.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, planning, and workflows.
• Create repeatable playbooks, dashboards, and operating metrics.
