L.E.K. Consulting is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our US commercial growth function. This high-impact role requires a sharp, organized operator who thrives at the intersection of process design, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional execution.

You will work closely with the CGO and support the GTM Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, and three BD leads to keep the function running with precision. A hybrid work model and close collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• The right candidate is a high-performing operator with strong analytical instincts and enthusiasm for AI tools.
• Experience in operations, program management, marketing operations, or a PMO capacity in professional services or B2B.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and tracking of cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Manage the operating cadence of the US Growth function, including leadership meetings and planning cycles.
• Design, report, and set operational standards for content production, promotion tools, attribution, and dashboards.
• Drive AI/automation adoption across the Growth function and define the operational infrastructure.
