Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing or growth for consumer web/subscription businesses.
• Proficiency with email marketing and CRM platforms (Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Customer.io).
• Strong data literacy with GA4, Search Console, and spreadsheets.
• Experience designing and evaluating landing page A/B tests.
• Strong written English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor automated email lifecycle campaigns.
• Analyze acquisition funnels across 20+ locales to improve conversions.
• Execute A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and pricing tiers.
• Track CAC, LTV, churn, open rates, CTR, and revenue for leadership.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams on marketing collateral.
