Job summary

YesAstrology is seeking a remote Growth & Product Data Analyst to turn behavioral telemetry and subscription metrics into actionable product insights. You will own analytics across global locales, focusing on retention, funnels, and monetization strategies.

You will build dashboards in Metabase, PostHog, or Looker Studio, run AB tests, and partner with growth marketing and product leadership to test data-driven hypotheses. Fluency in English and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or growth analytics for consumer web or SaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills with production data warehouses.
• Experience with telemetry tools and AB testing.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cohort retention and identify loops driving engagement.
• Map and optimize conversion funnels across tools and memberships.
• Design and evaluate AB tests on landing pages, paywalls, onboarding, emails.
• Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, Churn, ARPU.
• Collaborate with growth marketers, product owners, and executives to define growth hypotheses.
