• Experience designing and evaluating landing page A/B tests.
• Strong written English communication and analytical skills.

A remote, full-time role in YesAstrology's Growth & Marketing department, focused on multi-channel user acquisition, automated email lifecycle flows, and growth campaigns across 20 global locales.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor automated email lifecycle marketing sequences, newsletters, and retention campaigns;
• Analyze acquisition funnels across 20+ language locales and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates;
• Execute A/B tests on landing pages, call-to-actions, and pricing tiers to increase user engagement;
• Track and report key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, churn, open rates, CTR, and revenue) to leadership;
• Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to create high-performing marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience in consumer web, subscription, or ecommerce businesses;
• Strong proficiency with email marketing and CRM platforms (Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Customer.io);
• Solid data literacy using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and spreadsheet modeling;
• Experience designing and evaluating landing page A/B tests and conversion funnels;
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and persuasive written English communication.
