Job summary

Higglo, a remote-first growth studio, is seeking a Marketing Operations role to own and optimize workflows across SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development and PR teams. You will build dashboards and manage marketing systems, ensuring data hygiene and timely cross-channel reporting.

You will coordinate across strategists, writers, developers and designers, documenting SOPs as the team scales and partnering with account/analytics teams for accurate client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize marketing workflows across SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and PR teams so work moves through the pipeline without bottlenecks
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track campaign performance, keyword growth, conversions, and other client-facing metrics
• Manage marketing systems and tools (CRM, analytics platforms, project management software), including integrations, data hygiene, and permissions
• Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and handoffs between strategists, writers, developers, and designers
• Document and continuously improve internal processes, playbooks, and SOPs as the team scales its service delivery
• Partner with account and analytics teams to ensure client reporting is accurate, timely, and consistent across accounts
