A Hiring Group is recruiting a Head of Marketing (Operations-Driven) to support a U.S.-based client in marketing and growth. This global, remote role requires hands-on leadership of day-to-day marketing operations, including Local SEO, GMB management, content, design, and demand generation.

You will translate strategy into scalable execution systems, oversee performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing leadership with operational ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing 100+ Google Business Profiles (GMBs).
• Deep expertise in Local SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation systems.
• Experience with CRM, GA4, Search Console, GMB tools and reporting dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a performance-driven marketing strategy tied to revenue goals.
• Oversee 100+ Google Business Profiles (GMBs) including rankings and reviews.
• Build and manage scalable operational systems for Local SEO, content, and demand gen.
• Lead cross-functional teams (SEO, Content, Design, Demand Gen) with focus on execution efficiency.
• Translate executive priorities into operational plans, KPIs, and weekly deliverables.
• Align lead generation volume with fulfillment/production capacity.
• Implement processes, SOPs, and automation across marketing functions.
• Manage marketing performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversions).
• Establish real-time dashboards and performance tracking systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for scale.
