AI Apply is hiring a remote Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition and drive our next stage of user growth across paid, organic, lifecycle and viral channels.

Fully remote, high autonomy, budget ownership from day one. You will build the experimentation machine that scales profitable channels and collaborates with product and content teams to drive activation, engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years growth or performance marketing for a consumer product, direct ownership of paid budget and CAC targets, strong analytics ability, and experience running a structured experimentation programme.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels — strategy, briefs, budget and CAC/ROAS targets.
• Build and run the growth experiment pipeline: hypotheses, tests, readouts, and a documented log of what worked.
• Own lifecycle marketing — onboarding, activation and re-engagement emails and push — in partnership with product.
• Drive organic and SEO growth in collaboration with content, targeting high-intent career and job-search keywords.
• Design referral and viral loops that lower blended CAC.
• Build reporting that ties spend to activation, subscription and retention, not just installs or clicks.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and creator partnerships as we scale.
