Job summary

EverAI is seeking a growth marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and more, driving scalable funnels and aggressive growth. You’ll partner with our CMO to optimize CAC, ROAS, and retention while iterating campaigns in fast-paced cycles.

You’ll run high-velocity tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages, synthesize insights from GA4 and Voluum, and shape measurement dashboards to guide strategic moves. This is a fully remote role supporting global markets.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing high-spend paid media.
• Fully owning campaign execution, results and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, and dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts for briefs and hooks.
• Landing page and funnel optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements).
• Monitor performance daily with analytics tools and dashboards.
• Drive decisions using CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohorts analysis.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and pipelines for scaling campaigns.
