Job summary

Left Field Labs is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and accelerate business growth. You will oversee a small, agile marketing team while actively executing across digital channels, applying AI, data, and experimentation to build pipeline and optimize performance.

You will drive both marketing and product marketing, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and executives to shape go-to-market strategy and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Proven success leading demand generation and consistently driving measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase marketing productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience leading small, cross-functional marketing teams and external agency or contractor relationships.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scaling environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
