Job summary

Octane AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own the marketing function from the ground up. You will set strategy, run experiments, manage paid channels, and collaborate across product, partnerships, sales, and customer success to drive pipeline, activation, and retention.

This remote-first role offers ample opportunities to shape GTM moments, launch initiatives, and accelerate growth for Shopify-focused AI-powered personalization.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a growth, performance, or product marketing role at a SaaS or eCommerce company.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, not just reporting on them.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Hubspot or Beehiive is a plus).
• Bonus: experience in the Shopify ecosystem or working with eCommerce brands.
• Bonus: startup or small team experience where you wore multiple hats.
