BookBub is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategy across paid channels. You’ll leverage data, test audiences, and optimize ads to hit ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced consumer tech environment.

Join a small, high-output growth team with flexible remote/onsite options in the Cambridge area. Bring 2–5 years of relevant experience and a passion for performance marketing and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in growth or performance marketing at a consumer brand or agency.
• Experience with Meta Ads and another paid media platform; optimize campaigns for CPA, CAC, ROAS.
• Strong analytics; proficient in Excel; familiarity with Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 2–3 paid channels; expand into new platforms.
• Shape long-term channel strategy with leadership.
• Create ads; write headlines/copy; collaborate with design on creative.
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and test new strategies across platforms.
• Build dashboards; analyze performance; share insights across teams.
• Collaborate on analytics, product, engineering, and design to hit growth targets.
• Design and run conversion optimization tests across digital experiences.
