Job summary

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship and leading a global growth push. We are seeking a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition channels, scale campaigns, and drive rapid growth through data-driven experimentation.

You’ll work directly with the CMO on high-velocity tests across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and native networks, building scalable funnels and improving CAC/ROAS in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing $300K–$1M+/month in paid media.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, dashboards.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels with growth targets.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels and test loops.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohorts daily.
• Collaborate with content/product teams for high-converting pages.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for scaling campaigns.
