Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking a senior growth marketing leader to own member acquisition end-to-end across paid media, lifecycle, and emerging channels. You will turn data into action, optimize funnels, and coordinate with Finance and Analytics to ensure ROI-aligned budgets.

Requirements include 8+ years in growth or performance marketing, deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation. A Bachelor's is required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Management of multi-million-dollar budgets with data-driven ROI improvements.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the member acquisition engine end to end across paid media, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, traditional media, and programmatic to maximize qualified member acquisition and ROI.
• Experiment relentlessly with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.
• Collaborate on budgets with Finance and build investment models that grow growth while aligning with capacity.
• Partner with Analytics to build measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences connecting marketing investment to outcomes.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and agency partners across acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Identify and scale new acquisition channels by monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior.
