You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to translate data into business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of systems, data, and growth, building the performance infrastructure to impact Indeed’s brand and user growth

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related growth marketing experience or 8+ years with a Master’s.
• Proven leadership of paid and SEO programs at scale.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition strategy across Paid and SEO/AEO.
• Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team.
• Oversee Google Ads, Meta, and search channel performance.
• Ensure accurate instrumentation, attribution, and tracking.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights with cross-functional partners.
