Job summary

Rescue Agency is hiring a Growth Lead (Remote) to own the pipeline, target revenue, and convert opportunities into won business. You will build relationships with senior leaders in your market, shape proposals, and collaborate across teams to win strategic partnerships.

This role demands a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, work independently, and navigate complex procurements within government or health-plan related spaces.

Qualifications

• 14 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree +9 years relevant experience OR Master's Degree +7 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience selling to your market and converting relationships into new business.
• Experience owning a pipeline or revenue target and being held accountable for it.
• A track record of closing business on long sales cycles, including deals you sourced yourself.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in your market.
• Deep knowledge of how your buyers set priorities, fund initiatives, and procure outside partners.
• Strong strategic and commercial instincts and the ability to recognize where there is a meaningful opportunity and path to win.
• Comfort running your own pipeline, outreach, and reporting without day-to-day direction.
• Sound judgment and discretion with senior leaders, and persistence when progress is slow.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) for pipeline tracking and contact management.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline and an annual sales target, qualify and develop opportunities, and keep CRM records current.
• Define buyer needs, funding sources, decision processes, and a path to win for priority opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and program/communications leads to uncover needs.
• Shape how we discuss our work, collaborate on scope, pricing, and deliverables, and write proposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the company to win active pursuits and manage client relationships.
• Track market budget, policy, leadership, and funding changes to turn them into opportunities.
