Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency is seeking a Growth Lead to drive business development and revenue growth. You’ll own the pipeline, set strategy for priority opportunities, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the public health and health sector.

Your success hinges on crafting compelling proposals, guiding pricing decisions, and leading cross-functional efforts to convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• 14 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree +9 years relevant experience OR Master's Degree +7 years relevant experience.
• Experience selling to your market and converting relationships into new business.
• Experience owning a pipeline or revenue target and being held accountable for it.
• Track record of closing business on long sales cycles, including deals you sourced yourself.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in your market.
• Deep knowledge of how buyers set priorities, fund initiatives, and procure outside partners.
• Strong strategic and commercial instincts and the ability to recognize meaningful opportunities.
• Comfort running your own pipeline, outreach, and reporting without day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline and an annual sales target.
• Understand buyer needs, funding, decision process, and path to win.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and program/communications leads.
• Shape messaging and proposals with leadership on scope, pricing, and deliverables.
• Collaborate across the company to win active pursuits and manage client relationships.
