Job summary

REPLUG is seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Manager to build and run a marketing function driving measurable growth. You’ll own the marketing plan, execution and performance, partnering with founders and Sales to generate qualified demand and pipeline value.

You'll combine commercial judgment with strong content and CRM skills, ensuring consistent positioning and a high-quality prospect experience across channels, with a fully remote setup and travel opportunities for events.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of lead qualification & pipeline progression.
• Strong content judgement and excellent written and spoken English.
• Practical HubSpot experience including segmentation, workflows, nurturing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B campaigns around problems, buying triggers and decision-makers.
• Test and optimize channel mix (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, webinars, events) with a clear path to conversation.
• Build campaign assets, landing pages and nurture journeys with Sales feedback.
• Own marketing plan with priorities, timelines, budgets and success measures.
• Coordinate content and distribution across LinkedIn, case studies, website, and campaigns.
• Own HubSpot marketing processes: segmentation, forms, workflows, nurturing and data quality.
