Vibes is seeking a Demand Gen leader to own strategy and end-to-end execution for a growth-stage SaaS company. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will design campaigns, drive pipeline targets, and deliver day-to-day program results with autonomy and direct impact on leadership decisions.

This remote US-based role requires an executor who shapes go-to-market, influences pipeline, and grows with a fast-moving team.

Formación

• 6–10 years of hands-on, strategic & tactical demand generation experience
• 4+ years in B2B required; B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Ownership of MQL and pipeline targets in marketing programs
• Hands-on paid media management across Google Ads and LinkedIn
• Data fluency with dashboards and performance reporting
• ABM experience and sales-marketing alignment in B2B

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly and annual MQL and pipeline targets and hit them
• Lead target account selection and ABM program design with sales partners
• Improve pipeline conversion, lead volume, and targeting effectiveness
• Track program performance and report to VP of Marketing and leadership
• Stay current on AI-driven demand gen trends and apply insights
