Job summary

Odd Bunch is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its affiliate and ambassador program across the US market, building strategy, revenue targets, and an end-to-end creator roster. You will drive growth while managing a lean team, balancing online activation with offline events and partnerships.

The role requires deep experience in growth metrics, creator relations, and platform toolchains, plus hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct revenue ownership.
• Experience building or rebuilding a program.
• Fluency in growth metrics: CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, retention by cohort.
• New-market launch experience; US launch and TikTok Shop strategy preferred.
• Events and activations experience.
• Creator-led product seeding experience.
• People leadership involvement.
• Strong stakeholder communication and data-to-view storytelling.
• Platform and attribution fluency: Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Define affiliate revenue targets and CPA discipline; manage payback period and LTV.
• Run channel economics on contribution margin and LTV:CAC; optimize based on cohort behavior.
• Lead global go-to-market across three markets, including sourcing, platforms, gifting, PR and partnerships; focus on TikTok for US entry.
• Build creator roster and lifecycle; manage onboarding throughput from contact to post.
• Develop creative pipeline; build whitelisting and asset pipeline for paid social; measure CAC impact.
