Job summary

Odd Bunch is launching its affiliate and ambassador program in the US while continuing growth across Canada. You will own the channel end to end, including revenue, CPA discipline, and lifetime value optimization, while leading a lean team in a remote-capable setup.

In this player-coach role, you will guide creator sourcing, content strategy, and offline activations, aligning incentives with blended CAC and long-term retention goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct revenue ownership.
• Experience building or rebuilding a program and showing impact on metrics.
• Fluency in growth metrics: CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, retention by cohort.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate revenue and CPA discipline; set targets and adjust as needed.
• Lead the program across three markets, including sourcing creators and managing platforms.
• Build and manage creator roster and lifecycle from onboarding to top-tier creators.
• Oversee content and attribution pipeline; measure blended CAC impact alongside affiliate revenue.
• Lead and coach the affiliate team; deliver data-backed weekly/bi-weekly leadership updates.
• Retain and grow top-performing creators while managing concentration risk.
