Job summary

Process Street is seeking a growth-focused marketer to lead demand creation and content-driven campaigns across Slack, Teams, and other channels. You will build launch moments, form partnerships, and drive pipeline through creative, data-informed experiments.

You will work in a globally distributed, remote team that values autonomy, rapid experimentation, and clear accountability. The role offers ownership of campaigns, content production, and the path from awareness to qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building demand and pipeline.
• Experience with content-driven campaigns and narrative framing.
• Comfort with AI-assisted marketing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns that earn attention and drive engagement.
• Build launch moments coordinating creative, paid push and distribution.
• Forge creative partnerships with creators, communities and brands.
• Invent new channels, online and offline, including events and activations.
• Own the content calendar and oversee high-volume output across channels.
• Direct the automated production layer, brief agents and iterate formats.
• Handle discovery in search and AI-assisted discovery to drive intent.
• Maintain a distinct brand voice and ensure consistency across assets.
• Convert attention into pipeline by managing direct marketing and ad accounts.
• Continuously experiment and identify opportunities to scale.
