Job summary

Project Equity is seeking a Growth & Product Marketing Manager to drive national awareness into localized, high-intent B2B leads. You will oversee paid digital campaigns, regional marketing flights, blog distribution, and email engine, reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google).</br>
• Ability to map the buyer’s journey and apply CRO principles.
• Editorial/content operations experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with marketing tech and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other key channels.
• Own content operations for blog and EO Equals site content.
• Architect CRO and funnel strategies for conversion optimization.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors and ensure SLA metrics.
• Design regional marketing flights and webinars to support regional goals.
