Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in growth strategy, GTM, or marketing analytics.
• Strong customer segmentation and funnel progression understanding.
• Experience turning insights into actionable decision frameworks.
• Ability to drive initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define customer state, eligibility, readiness, and progression criteria for funnel entry.
• Translate customer attributes, intent signals, and priorities into prioritization logic and audience recommendations.
• Partner with Growth Strategy to specify audience, nurture, next-best-action approach, channel, and handoff requirements.
• Validate models and business rules with Intelligence, Decisioning, and Targeting teams.
• Coordinate with GTM Tech Lead to sequence requirements and operationalize decision logic.
• Monitor recommendation quality and activation performance to identify gaps in signal coverage and routing.
• Lead cross-functional feedback loops to improve models, workflows, and future capabilities.
