Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Growth Intelligence Lead to shape the business logic translating customer signals into prioritized growth recommendations. You will align action models with nurture and activation strategies to drive qualified lead conversion and optimize GTM decision criteria.

You will partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure audiences are prioritized, actions sequenced, and outcomes improved through scalable workflows. This role offers flexible work arrangement within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in growth strategy, GTM, marketing analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel progression, next-best-action concepts, and decisioning logic.
• Experience translating insights into actionable decision frameworks and business requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across Growth Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and technology teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment, including assessing signal quality and downstream outcomes.
• Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define customer state, eligibility, readiness, and progression criteria for the marketing funnel.
• Translate attributes, intent signals, and priorities into prioritization logic and audience recommendations.
• Partner with Growth Strategy Leads to specify audience, nurture, and handoff requirements for each recommendation.
• Validate models and business rules with Intelligence, Decisioning, and Targeting teams.
• Coordinate with GTM Tech Lead to sequence requirements and operationalize decision logic.
• Establish traceability linking recommendations with nurture strategies and outcomes.
• Monitor recommendation quality and activation performance to identify gaps.
• Lead cross-functional feedback loops to improve models and workflows.
