Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Associate Vertical Account Manager to drive revenue within established commercial insurance accounts. This remote, home-based role supports growth through a total solution approach and requires strong relationship-building and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial insurance is ideal.
• Prior sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building client relationships.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Home-based role, preferably in Eastern or Central time zones.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within selected solution sets.
• Managing customer roadmap retention plans and actions to protect base revenue.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels, liaising between sales support and customers to provide service and solutions.
• Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives and overseeing forecasting activities.
• Demonstrating understanding of select Commercial Insurance products and presenting their value to customers.
• Following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and developing new sales opportunities.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
