Job summary

ICF seeks a Learning & Development Growth Enablement Lead to translate growth priorities into targeted, skill-driven learning and enablement solutions. You will design and deliver learning experiences, align across systems, and drive measurable impact on BD, consulting, and client delivery.

The role focuses on defining skill standards, integrating across the skills ecosystem, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate on-the-job performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field and minimum 8 years' experience.
• Experience designing and delivering sales, business development, consulting, or client-facing capability programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with directors and SMEs to translate growth priorities into enablement solutions.
• Define growth enablement skills, standards, and proficiency levels across roles and levels.
• Govern and evolve enterprise skills framework with governance and taxonomy.
• Own end-to-end design and development of growth enablement learning experiences.
• Deliver high-impact workshops, skill labs, and cohort-based programs.
