Job summary

IFF is seeking a senior leader to drive the Learning and Talent Management Technologies agenda, translating Growth & Development strategy into scalable, data-informed operations across learning, performance, and skills development.

Working with HR, Talent, and HR Operations, you will shape the backbone of the Growth & Development ecosystem—LMS, analytics, governance, and integrations—while guiding a global administrator community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems or Data Analytics.
• 8+ years in HR technology / learning systems or performance platforms (Workday preferred).
• Experience administering and optimizing enterprise LMS and performance systems.
• Experience with LMS/Workday releases, testing, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
• Ensure platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Oversee LMS governance, metadata, taxonomy, and reporting integrity.
• Lead dashboard development, analytics, and evaluation of program impact.
• Develop and mentor LMS administrators in a global, matrixed team.
