Job summary

Vita Global Sciences, a division of Kelly, is seeking a Director of Business Development/FSP who can work remotely from the United States to expand the Life Science staffing business.

You will manage territories, generate leads, craft proposals, present to clients, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and profitable growth in Biotech, Pharma, and Clinical Research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in staffing, CRO, or related Life Science fields.
• Proven track record with Biotech, Pharma, or Clinical Research clients.
• Experience with FSP, biometrics, data management or biostatistics.
• History of RFI/RFP participation.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue leads to generate staffing and FSP requisitions.
• Create proposals and pricing models; deliver compelling presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and document customer agreements.
• Collaborate with branch staff and SME teams to ensure delivery.
• Conduct business reviews and participate in RFI and RFP processes.
• Meet or exceed gross profit and growth targets.
• Stay informed on Life Science industry trends.
