Qualifications

• Experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects remotely via Zoom and phone.
• Ability to follow an established process without sounding robotic.
• Strong communication, accountability, and coachability.
• Ability to stay productive while working remotely and manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales conversations through Zoom and phone.
• Learn about each prospect’s business, goals, obstacles, and current situation.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, fit, and readiness.
• Explain appropriate solutions clearly to qualified prospects.
• Respond to objections and questions in a professional way.
• Follow up with active opportunities when the conversation requires it.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline information, and communication history.
• Work within established sales frameworks rather than improvising an entirely new process.
• Contribute to individual and team performance objectives.
• Manage your communication and pipeline activity with consistency.
