The Scalable Company seeks a seasoned Scalable Business Advisor to guide a portfolio of founders and executives through proven systems that drive growth. You’ll act as a strategic facilitator and accountability partner, helping clients implement, execute, and scale without sacrificing their core vision.

In this full-time remote role, you’ll lead bi-weekly sessions, run 90-Day planning, track progress in HubSpot, and collaborate with client success and leadership to deliver high-touch experiences

Formación

• 5+ years of experience running, scaling, leading, or advising entrepreneurial businesses.
• Strong communication and virtual facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems like Scalable OS, EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, or similar.
• Based in a U.S. or Canadian time zone with availability during standard business hours.
• Comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot preferred), Slack, and Zoom.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with 75-90 founders, CEOs, and executives to apply Scalable's frameworks.
• Facilitate bi-weekly implementation sessions and install the Scalable Operating System.
• Lead quarterly 90-Day Planning Sessions to identify the next steps for clients.
• Use questions and models to help clients gain clarity and make decisions.
• Drive client accountability with follow-ups and progress checks.
• Track client progress in HubSpot and escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Program Leadership for a high-touch experience.
