Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Account Activation Specialist to source and open new accounts, drive distributor relationships, and push distribution growth in Broward County and surrounding areas. You will coordinate onboarding, manage promotions, and lead new account activation with a unified Breakthru approach.

The role requires 3+ years in business planning and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Planning.
Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
Analytic and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of Breakthru Beverage's go-to-market strategy, including sourcing and opening new accounts, and driving distribution opportunities in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with IT and Credit to ensure proper and timely set-up of all new accounts.
Manage promotional spend by account priority and implement corrective actions.
Organize tastings and sales pitches to new on-premise accounts.
Act as liaison for new accounts during setup and transition to the sales team.
Punch orders for new accounts during the transition to the assigned sales team.
Ensure safe and responsible handling of beverage alcohol products.
