Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with outbound calling, video meetings, SMS, and professional email to U.S. industrial clients.
• Proven B2B inside sales, account management or business development in industrial sectors.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with commercial curiosity and persistence.
• CRM pipeline hygiene, KPI tracking, and accurate forecasts in a fully remote setup.
• Willingness to work U.S. Central Time business hours from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Grow portfolio revenue through retention, cross-selling, and expansion.
• Maintain pipeline with next steps, owners, due dates, quotes, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, VMI Technicians, Sales Support, and Operations while owning portfolio growth.
