Job summary

Elite Escapes in the United States is seeking a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn group inquiries into confirmed trips. You will blend destination knowledge, logistics, and a consultative sales approach to match groups with destinations, hotels, and experiences.

You’ll connect with group leaders, propose options, explain deposits and policies, coordinate room blocks and payments, and nurture post-booking relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, dates, destinations and must-have experiences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels/resorts, room blocks, transport, meeting spaces, activities and group excursions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details including deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, rooming lists and name changes.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, special requests, group rates, contracts, deposits and final payments.
• Handle changes and questions quickly so leaders and participants feel supported from quote to return.
• Share insights on destinations, family-friendly options, team activities and seasonal opportunities.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat group trips, referrals and long-term partnerships.
