Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is expanding its remote telehealth group-therapy program for adolescents and young adults. A Master’s degree in mental health and prior group-facilitation experience are required to join our warm, empathetic clinical team.

We expect strong engagement across modalities, collaboration with care teams, and consistent documentation within 24 hours. Evening/weekend availability and solid telehealth tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience facilitating groups, particularly with youth/young adults.
• Proficiency delivering care via telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks.
• Attend monthly check-ins with supervisor or director.
• Respond to emails/Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for a full hour and engage participants.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and updated curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team across roles.
• Maintain timely treatment documentation (within 24 hours).
• Adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality.
