Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking part-time telehealth clinicians with a Master’s degree in mental health to facilitate group sessions for adolescents and young adults. You will align with the Charlie Health curriculum, participate in team supervision, and deliver engaging, relational care via secure video platforms.

Responsibilities include onboarding, curriculum review, and prompt documentation. The role emphasizes effective remote collaboration and adapting modalities to client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).
• Ability to run effective telehealth group sessions.
• Reliable WIFI and familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
• Part-time 1099 role.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Facilitate groups for adolescents and young adults via telehealth.
• Attend monthly check-ins with supervisor/director.
• Review curriculum prior to group start and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with care team and document notes within 24 hours.
