Backcountry is seeking a Group Sales Account Manager to drive end-to-end sales from lead development to closing, building and managing a pipeline of group accounts in a remote, North American setting.

You will own prospecting, outreach, and revenue attainment while developing repeatable processes for outreach and conversion to scale the business with vendor partners and internal teams. Collaboration and customer focus are essential for success.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of account management experience.
• Experience in B2B or group/corporate sales.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and/or outbound platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Formal sales training (Sandler, MEDDIC, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Goal-driven mindset with customer service focus.
• Demonstrated ability to stay motivated and manage your own pipeline.
• Coachable and eager to improve.
