Ladders is seeking a Group Program Manager, Enterprise PMO for a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role shapes the operating model, governance, and reporting discipline for a high-impact enterprise portfolio environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive visibility, alignment, and timely decisions on strategic initiatives, while identifying delivery risks and coordinating resource capacity to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management.
• 3+ years in a senior role in fintech or financial services.
• Experience creating commercial narratives tailored for the C-suite.
• Fluency in identifying delivery risks across various business functions.
• Proven executive presence with top-level stakeholders.
• Experience in designing or rebuilding PMO operating models.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and ROI framing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and own PMO operational frameworks and governance.
• Ensure accurate portfolio reporting as a single source of truth.
• Identify and manage cross-functional delivery risks proactively.
• Collaborate on forward-looking initiative roadmaps quarterly.
• Oversee resource planning and capacity conflicts across portfolios.
• Manage steering committee and ensure timely decision-making.
• Track initiative budgets and measure benefits realization for portfolio success.
• Mentor project managers in delivery, risk management, and communication skills.
