Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fintech to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive cross-functional fintech programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

You will own cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure initiatives launch on time, with clear outcomes and strong stakeholder alignment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing.
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong technical acumen to interface with engineering and product leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and delivery of key fintech programs, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success criteria and program milestones.
• Manage program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs using data-driven decision-making.
• Drive visibility and accountability through reporting and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support smooth launches and track outcomes.
• Continuously improve planning, execution, and success-measurement processes across programs.
• Champion alignment and trust across teams to drive measurable business and customer value.
