Ladders is seeking a Group Program Manager, Enterprise PMO for a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role shapes the operating model, governance, and reporting discipline for a high-impact enterprise portfolio environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive visibility, alignment, and timely decisions on strategic initiatives, while identifying delivery risks and coordinating resource capacity to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management.
• 3+ years in a senior role in fintech or financial services.
• Experience creating commercial narratives tailored for the C-suite.
• Fluency in identifying delivery risks across various business functions.
• Proven executive presence with top-level stakeholders.
• Experience in designing or rebuilding PMO operating models.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and ROI framing expertise.

For our client, we are seeking a Group Program Manager, Enterprise PMO to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the operating model, governance, and reporting discipline for a high-impact enterprise portfolio environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders across functions to drive visibility, alignment, and timely decision-making on strategic initiatives. The position also plays a key role in identifying delivery risks, coordinating resource capacity, and ensuring the organization can execute against its priorities with confidence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,000 - $256,000 annually
