Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of product management experience; 1–2 years leading Product Managers; 3+ years managing a product category or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and value.
• Drive roadmaps, OKRs, and decision-making frameworks for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data science to align initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Guide data-driven product direction through customer feedback and market insights.
• Adapt to changing priorities, balance short-term wins with long-term impact.
