Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project or program management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Project Managers or PMO function.
• Mortgage banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise project management function, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Maintain visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and capacity constraints.
• Ensure consistent PMO standards, documentation, controls, and delivery practices across the portfolio.
• Mentor Project Managers on planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Drive delivery readiness, change management, and post-launch reviews.
