Job summary

Forward Financing is a fintech company based in Boston, Massachusetts. The Group Program Manager - Enterprise PMO leads the PMO, governance, reporting, and capacity discipline to become a strategic partner to the business.

You will work with the VP Product, guide cross‑functional delivery, and develop the next generation of PMO talent. You will own the intake, portfolio health, budgeting, and risk management, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to shape quarterly

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management, with senior-level fintech/financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own how the PMO runs, including intake, governance, tooling, and reporting standards.
• Own portfolio reporting and a single source of truth for leadership decisions.
• Surface systemic execution risk across Engineering, Credit, Fraud, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to build the initiative roadmap quarterly.
• Own quarterly resource planning and cross-portfolio view with Engineering and Analytics leadership.
• Manage the steering committee and portfolio review cadence for timely decisions.
• Oversee initiative-level budget tracking, benefits realization, and cost inputs for portfolio narratives.
• Develop and mentor PMO staff and create a clear development path.
• Leverage AI to automate Product Operations workstreams.
