Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility transformation and operational programs in a remote-first environment in the United States.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive data-driven decisions at scale. The role requires 8+ years of program leadership in a technology setting and a strong FinTech/Payments background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years managing programs, processes, and change in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of implementing frameworks at scale in a remote-friendly culture.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.

• Develop communication strategies to ensure seamless flow of critical information across the organization.

• Identify systematic inefficiencies and promote transparency, visibility, and accountability across the organization.
