Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives. You’ll own vision, strategy, and roadmaps for new products, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch, while scaling with business teams.

You’ll work with the CEO and executive team to turn big ideas into durable, scalable businesses, driving cross‑functional alignment and strong product craft.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer‑facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end‑to‑end.
• Experience leading zero‑to‑one or highly ambiguous product areas.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and strategic context to identify where zero‑to‑one innovation can drive impact.
• Define product vision, strategy and a focused, prioritized roadmap.
• Lead full lifecycle for new products and platforms from discovery to iteration.
• Own UI/UX and prototype using AI tools to make ideas tangible.
• Write and refine customer‑facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide product decisions with data.
• Own experimentation end‑to‑end including design, metrics, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure cohesive results.
