Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for the ZT1 initiative to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms.

You will partner with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch while aligning with revenue and business teams. The role requires hands-on leadership in zero-to-one development, end-to-end lifecycle, user-focused copy, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with the CEO to translate high-level ideas into durable, scalable

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end and ability to articulate business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design and other teams without direct authority.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms.
• Lead full lifecycle development from discovery to iteration and launch.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and guide product decisions with data.
