Affirm is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of ZT1 initiatives in a hands‑on builder role, with direct product ownership and no direct people management responsibilities.

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build, launch, and scale — working with revenue and business teams to bring products to market.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with a track record shipping consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end with clear business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Customers & Strategic Context by mapping users, merchants, and partners to long‑term strategy.
• Set Vision, Strategy and Roadmap with executive stakeholders to define problem spaces and priorities.
• Lead Zero-to-One Product Development including discovery, MVP, launch, and iteration.
• Own UI/UX and prototype using AI tools to validate product ideas.
• Write customer-facing copy across onboarding and in-product guidance.
• Analyze user behavior, build funnels, and inform product decisions based on data.
• Own experimentation end-to-end: hypotheses, test design, metrics, results, iteration.
• Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps to ensure alignment and high-quality user experience.
