Job summary

NovaTech is seeking a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of our networking and software products for the power utility sector. You will own strategy, roadmaps, launches, and retirements, while translating customer feedback from utility site visits into concrete requirements.

You will drive cross‑functional alignment across sales, engineering, and manufacturing, oversee pricing and budgets, and define KPIs such as adoption and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management for technical B2B products in power utility, industrial automation, or adjacent industries.
• Track record of launches from concept to market.
• Hands‑on experience with networking devices or substation automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of networking and software products: strategy, roadmaps, launches, and product retirement decisions.
• Capture the customer’s point of view by visiting utility sites and advisory boards to translate feedback into requirements.
• Align sales, engineering, and manufacturing across teams without direct authority.
• Own pricing, budgets, profitability, and KPIs that indicate product success (adoption, satisfaction, market share).
• Lead go‑to‑market activities: positioning, sales enablement, beta programs, and launches targeting the power‑utility market.
