Job summary

NovaTech Automation designs the hardware and software that keeps the electrical grid running. We are seeking a Product Manager to own our networking and software portfolio—from Ethernet switches to device management platform—guiding from idea to launch, support, and end-of-life.

You will be the voice of the utility customer, work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and manufacturing, and define pricing, KPIs, and go-to-market plans for power-utility markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management for technical B2B products in utilities or adjacent industries.
• Track record of launches from concept to market and hands-on networking device experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of networking and software products, from strategy to retirement.
• Capture the customer's voice from utility sites and advisory boards into product requirements.
• Align Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing without direct authority.
• Own pricing, budgets, profitability and KPI metrics for product success.
• Lead go-to-market, positioning, beta programs and launches into the power-utility market.
